TecMicra offers subscription plans with access to the features and modules specified for the selected plan. Access requires successful payment and an active subscription.

2. Payment & Activation

Subscription payment must be successfully completed before the applicable subscription is activated. Payment may be verified by TecMicra and its payment service providers.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for providing accurate information after payment, protecting your account, and preventing unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use TecMicra CRM only for lawful purposes and must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

5. Customer Data

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate use of information entered into the CRM, including customer, lead, employee, or business information.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security, misuse, non-compliance, legal requirements, or legitimate operational reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

TecMicra and its software, branding, design, content, and related intellectual property remain the property of TecMicra or its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TecMicra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.
