Before payment: mobile/phone number, OTP verification details, selected subscription plan, and basic technical information required for security and payment processing.
After payment: name, email, company/business details, address and billing details, GST/tax information where applicable, and information required to configure and use the CRM.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We may retain order ID, payment ID, amount, payment date, plan, billing period, payment status, and invoice details. We do not intend to store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords on our servers.
