This policy explains the refund and cancellation terms applicable to TecMicra CRM subscriptions.

1.  No-Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once payment is successfully completed, the customer receives access to the purchased plan for the applicable billing period.

2. Billing Period

If you purchase a one-month subscription, you receive one month of access. The same principle applies to other billing periods offered by TecMicra.

3. Cancellation During an Active Cycle

• No refund will be provided for the unused period.
• No additional renewal charge will be made.
• Your current plan remains active until its existing expiry date.
• The subscription will not automatically renew.
• Renewal or upgrade options may be unavailable while the subscription is cancelled/non-renewing.

4. Non-Usage or Partial Usage

Refunds are not provided because of non-use, partial use, change of mind, unused days, or failure to use available CRM features.

5. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
